    The sharpening stone needs to be made wet or add oil and sharpen in a circular motion otherwise you will ruin good knife.

    Do you put your salads in a metal bowl? I have always been told metal will make the salad wither quicker. Have you noticed this when preparing a salad?

    Ah good point! That said, only a really minor amount of the oil will get on your food when you're chopping. I don't really think of mineral oil as something that's ok to eat, makeup removal, fine, but is it a food? Maybe go with coconut oil for treating cutting boards.

    I love your videos! Thank you for making all of these. Also I have a bamboo cutting board and we were told not to treat it with olive oil because it can go rancid, we were told to use mineral oil. Have you noticed anything unpleasant treating with the olive oil?
