Epson TW9200W Home Theatre Projector Unboxing and Review

Epson TW9200W Home Theatre Projector Unboxing and Review

This is a brief review of the Epson TW 9200W home theatre projector. I also compare it to my old (and dead) Panasonic PT-AE700E HD projector. Specs: 3 Chip, 3 LCD, full 1080P 3D capable. 32 dB fan noise. 600,000:1 contrast ratio, 2400 lumens brightness. 2.1 zoom up to 300 inch. Watch Full HD 1080p wirelessly; wireless transmitter has five HDMI inputs, including one MHL-enabled HDMI port. THX certified. Cracker of a projector. Extremely sharp. Good value at street price of about $3000AUD ($3999AUD RRP).

On ya mate for doing this. Building a house at the moment and have a dedicated theatre room. Had my eye on this projector for a long time now. Saw the EH-TW6600 at Harvey Norman, the brightness was awesome in comparison the 8200 they had on display. 2 months into using the projector, do you still recommend its the best?

hi there, considering the same upgrade. my 700 causing troubles recently (wont start) so looking at this 9200 (no wireless though as no need). the fan noise worries me though. can you please compare a bit more for me with the old 700? i have a dedicated dark home cinema room. i'm looking also at the ptae6000 (8000 us) as they dropped the price significantly and sony 65ES but the sony lacks of input (no component, composit or PC). thanks.
