127…one Proxy Server removal tutorial:
Step1: Reboot your computer system into Risk-free Method.
Step2: Take away Proxy Server involved Registry Info.

What is Proxy Server?
A proxy server acts as a relay involving your dwelling network and a web page or on the internet support to which you are making an attempt to link. The Proxy Server location is in the registry.
If you are viewing a “The proxy server isn’t responding” when trying to load a net webpage although utilizing Net Explorer, then you device may possibly be contaminated with a Proxy Server virus/trojan(PUM.Negative.Proxy). In the recent times, we can see an increasing selection of malicious viru/malware who will adjust the proxy options to 127…one:8888 or 127…one:8800.
If you are contaminated Proxy Server virus/malware, the location for the Net LAN can’t modify, and you can’t access the net. It retains ticking Proxy Server box in IE.

Privoxy.exe is known to cause this retarded issue, you could stop it: while in System Configuration (msconfig) go to "services" tab and in the long list of services, find and disable Privoxy. Hopefully it should do the trick better then deleting it, cause I deleted it 6 times so far and after a few days it just somehow gets back…
