Just got this system for Christmas, cant get sound when watching cable but get sound when watching a DVD. Can anyone help?
I have the exact same DVD player with my panasonic 42 in tv… Question for u though when I connect my iPhone to system I try and play YouTube videos of system and all it dose is sound no video it tell me to change input too composite video I do and nothing have u encountered this issue??? If so or have any suggestions please help thanks

@justmike333 Not a bad system for an entry level,The sound from the surrounds are limited in their dynamics as they are full range speakers,but overall system gives a nice clean sound for the price,thanx take care.

I've had this system for about 6 months, and its pretty damn sweet. Have to keep the bass booster off due to surrounding neighbors, would definitely buy again. Also recommend optical cable once hooked up, surround sound for x box, tv, movies, and ipod

@HaiderRizviTV Yes though HDMI & digital optical,you have to go to BRDVD video options and set audio to Linear PCM not bitstream. Cheers!
